By accessing or using any part of the bajiee platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or browsing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the bajiee Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time.

Your continued use of the bajiee platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bajiee recommends that all players bookmark this page and check it regularly for updates.

To open a bajiee account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bajiee strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in that account.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who are acting under guardianship are not eligible to register.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the bajiee platform from Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of bajiee complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bajiee does not warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
• Self-exclusion: You must not have previously been self-excluded from the bajiee platform or any affiliated gaming platform, or have had your account closed by bajiee due to breach of these Terms.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one bajiee account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited.

To access bajiee's full range of services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The following conditions apply to all bajiee accounts:

• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.
• Verification ("KYC"): bajiee may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) by submitting copies of government-issued identification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bajiee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bajiee support immediately at [email protected].
• No transfer of accounts: bajiee accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other person.

bajiee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the bajiee platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. bajiee reserves the right to modify this minimum at any time upon reasonable notice.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bajiee wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to the processing time of the card network.
• Withdrawal verification: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment account or card used to make the corresponding deposit ("same source" policy). This is a mandatory anti-money laundering control. bajiee may require full KYC verification to be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal processing time: bajiee aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or if additional verification is required.
• Fees: bajiee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider or card issuer may apply their own fees, for which bajiee bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and payouts on bajiee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied on the platform side for deposits made via Bangladeshi payment methods.
• Refused transactions: bajiee reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal if it has reason to believe the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

bajiee offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to the 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Welcome bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the player must be aged 18 or above, have completed account registration, and make a minimum qualifying deposit as specified in the current promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms. Bets placed with bonus funds on excluded games do not count toward wagering completion.
• Bonus expiry: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and associated free spins expire within 30 days of being credited to the player's account. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per player: Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. bajiee reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it identifies misuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: While wagering a bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is ৳500 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while using bonus funds may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Cashback and reload offers: Any cashback or reload bonus promotions are governed by their own specific terms as published at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions apply in the absence of specific terms.
• Right to modify: bajiee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet opted in to that offer.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bajiee platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may be published separately and take precedence where they conflict with these general rules.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bajiee. bajiee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface. bajiee may adjust limits at any time.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software defect that affects the outcome of any game or bet, bajiee reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the relevant stakes. In no circumstances are winnings arising from a manifest error payable.
• Incomplete events: For sports betting, if a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable rules, bets may be voided and stakes refunded at bajiee's discretion in accordance with the relevant sport's betting rules.
• Live betting: Bets placed during live (in-play) markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Delays in live data feeds may occasionally affect live odds. Any bet placed after the relevant event outcome has already been determined will be voided.
• Pari-mutuel pools: Where pari-mutuel (pool) betting is offered, winnings are calculated based on the total pool size minus applicable deductions after the event concludes. Declared dividends are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajiee platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity information; impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the bajiee platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds or facilitating any money laundering scheme.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players, bajiee employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live games, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional offers without genuine manual play.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies using bonus funds, use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately placing bets or playing games while aware of a pricing error, software malfunction, or any other technical anomaly that provides an unfair advantage.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bajiee staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the bajiee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bajiee or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Limited licence: bajiee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• No reproduction: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the bajiee platform without express written permission from bajiee.
• Third-party game content: Games provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi are subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights and licensing agreements.
• Trademark: The bajiee name, logo, and all related marks are the exclusive trademarks of bajiee. Unauthorised use of any bajiee trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajiee and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect losses: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, whether arising from contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
• Platform availability: bajiee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
• Third-party services: bajiee is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data providers whose services are integrated into the bajiee platform.
• Gambling losses: bajiee is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. Players participate at their own risk and should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

bajiee is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and must never be allowed to cause financial hardship or personal harm. bajiee provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bajiee account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Loss limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified time period. Loss limits are applied immediately and cannot be increased without the requisite cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary time-out from the platform for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a time-out, the player's account will be suspended and no access to betting or gaming services will be possible.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break from gaming may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened. bajiee will take all reasonable steps to ensure that self-excluded players do not receive marketing communications.
• Reality checks: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them of how long they have been playing during a single session.

bajiee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action:

• Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct provisions of Section 7, may result in immediate account suspension without prior warning.
• Verification failure: Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the timeframe requested by bajiee may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity: Where bajiee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, it may suspend the account immediately and refer the matter to the relevant authorities without notifying the account holder in advance.
• Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting bajiee support. Any real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player's designated payment method following satisfactory verification.
• Dormant accounts: bajiee may close accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to advance notice and applicable dormancy policy as notified to the player's registered contact details.

bajiee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bajiee will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to affected players via the registered email address or via a prominent notification on the platform. Minor or editorial changes may take effect without specific notice.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of your most recent login or transaction governs your use of the platform in respect of that session or transaction. Your continued use of the bajiee platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and request voluntary account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players agree to first seek resolution of any dispute directly with bajiee by contacting the support team.

• Informal resolution: In the first instance, all disputes must be directed to bajiee's customer support team at [email protected]. bajiee will investigate and respond to formal complaints within 14 business days.
• Betting disputes: Any dispute relating to the outcome of a bet or game must be raised with bajiee support within 30 days of the relevant event. bajiee's decision on betting disputes is final in the absence of a demonstrable technical error.
• Payment disputes: Payment-related disputes must be raised within 90 days of the relevant transaction date. bajiee will review the transaction records and provide a written determination.
• Language: All dispute correspondence must be conducted in English. bajiee is unable to process dispute communications submitted in other languages.
